2018: attracting talent and thinking global
In March, the year is already well underway so your Mag is bringing itself up to speed and celebrating our vitality, our confidence and our optimism. Like Alexandrine on the front cover, we are striding ahead with conviction and commitment. The future is encouraging and the first half of the year has thrown us plenty of challenges to test the positive dynamic created by the group.
In line with our growth, we will be developing three key areas in 2018: expanding our technical range, strengthening our sales force and rolling out our expertise on an international scale.
Expanding our range means meeting our customers’ new requirements. Our client portfolio is expanding and diversifying and our customers’ needs are changing. Specific support in emerging global and cross-disciplinary activities, such as project management, is called for so in order to offer this expertise we are recruiting PMO specialists.
To enable our continued growth, we are strengthening our sales teams to provide better support and to develop our presence alongside both existing and prospective customers. The work of Ludovic and Bérangère, who have recently been made Business Managers, meets this objective. Cyril and Julien (who we will tell you more about at a later date) are also involved in this adventure!
2018 is already proving the strength of our international expertise. The CONSULTYS brand, already well established on the French market, aims to increase its visibility in Belgium. Cathy’s recruitment as head of Consultys Benelux is helping achieve this goal. As a well-connected Belgian businesswoman, Cathy knows the market’s key stakeholders and intends to boost our Benelux activity, along with Robin’s help.
With our specialist staff, organisational changes and motivated employees, we will go beyond our limits – just like Alexandrine – and this MAG provides us with the opportunity to congratulate everyone on their hard work and commitment!
