40, this is the 40th edition of our company magazine! Its long life is proof that the MAG has become a solid marker for our company and a means of sharing among our subsidiaries. Little by little, we have added more content, content that is decidedly technical to suit the new, more immediate communication networks, such as YAMMER. As we prepare our resolutions for 2020, let’s take a look back over 2019!

At the end of this year, we focus on the dynamic action of each subsidiary. Growth is present and this is not due to a highly favourable economic environment or one-off opportunities. It has resulted from our international growth strategy, a positioning with new offers and a pertinent recruitment approach.

International growth? Confirmation of Switzerland’s page in the MAG! Belgium has strengthened its team, welcoming new experts and we are opening a subsidiary in Germany, a high-potential country for our group.

How are our offers positioned? Our agility in response to the new commercial demands of our clients is what makes the difference today. Ten structured platform offers, five major PMO projects… we are clearly seen as a company that understands the needs of its clients and provides solutions. This “tailored’ approach has developed and structured our offer, giving us a broader approach to the MD and Cosmetics markets.

Finally, our employer brand is genuinely attractive: our field presence in schools and the respect of our values establish our legitimacy and notoriety and enable us to attract new talents: 54 consultants have been over the last few months. Welcome to you all!

The MAG is also an opportunity to thank each of you for your dedication, your values and your actions, as well as to wish you all a wonderful festive season!
